• Do we follow personal data confidentiality?

  Yes, of course. All the data of the users or TechPros that is available on our portal is protected from unauthorised access and sharing.

• Is my data visible to anyone?

  Only Company administrator has access to the data. After you have bid for the project and the client has accepted your bid; the client requests for your detailed resume from the site administrator.

• How do I confirm it is not a scam?

• How do I get paid?

  That would depend on the Project. You will be paid either directly from connecte or from the client depending upon the Projects need.

• How much do I get paid?

  If you "Bid" on a project and are the winning bid, you will be paid the amount you bid. If you are connected "On-demand" you will negotiate that price.

• When do I get paid?

  Depends on the Project payment cycle. It can be bi weekly or monthly.

• How do I get access to a Project?

  You can secure projects either by connecting on-demand or through bidding. Initially, you'll need to register on the portal under "TechPro" and ensure your profile is up-to-date.

• Who will assign the Project?

  The Project Leader will be assigning the project.

• What is connecte on-demand?

  Whenever there's an adhoc project, we look for the resources within the Connecte portal database. If we do not find a suitable candidate there, then we explore other sources consistent with the demanded skill sets. Basically these are projects that being requested from Connecte without being bid.

• What is connecte Fieldtrack?

  Fieldtrack is the portal where we track the Project's execution to a customer's set of deliverables

• How long will the project last?

  The time line for the project will depend on the specific terms of the project. Project duration will typically vary from 2 to 6 months. Certain projects have lasted more than a year!

• Will hardware/software be provided by the company?

  It will vary from project to project and the nature of the role. In most situations, the customer will provide hardware with requsite software configuration.

• Is there a background check?

  There will be a background check as per the international standards.

• Will there be daily reporting?

  There can be a daily reporting depending on the project need. It will vary project to project.

• Whom to report?

  You normally report to the Project Lead/ Program Manager.
