Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Conducting requirements gathering sessions with clients to understand their supply chain planning processes and business objectives.
• Designing and configuring the Kinaxis RapidResponse solution to meet the client's requirements, including building data models, configuring workflows, and creating reports and dashboards.
• Collaborating with the client's IT team to integrate the RapidResponse solution with other systems, such as ERP and CRM.
• Providing training and support to the client's end users on how to use the RapidResponse solution.
• Conducting system testing to ensure the solution is working as expected and making any necessary adjustments or enhancements.
• Documenting the solution design, configuration, and any customizations for future reference.
• Participating in pre-sales activities, such as demos and presentations, to showcase the capabilities of the RapidResponse solution.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest Kinaxis RapidResponse product releases and enhancements, and identifying opportunities to leverage new features to improve client processes.
Specific Services/Deliverables
· Review Business Requirement Document (BRD)
· Define processes that apply to Integrated Supply Chain (“ISC”) applications
· Write functional specifications
· Design / Configure system / develop applications per BRD
· Support integration, unit test, UAT, and regression testing
· Train identified Client users and document the solution, perform knowledge transfer to support teams
· Support enhancement post live
· Support change & learning activities
Preferred qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, or a related field.
· Certified in Kinaxis RapidResponse and has experience in the implementation of the software
· Experience implementing and configuring supply chain planning software, preferably Kinaxis RapidResponse.
· Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes and best practices.
· Proficiency in SQL and database management.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
· Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
· Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
