• Are there any upfront costs?

  There are no costs for registration, project posting, bid management and other activities on the platform.

• How does your screening process ensure quality candidates that meet our requirements?

  We screen for communication skills, personality, domain-specific knowledge, and a high level of professionalism. We also do background checks for the candidates to make sure that they have the skill sets that are reflected on the profiles, and that is a significant element of the search algorithm.

• Where are your TechPros located?

  We currently have resources in India, US and through our partners in Europe. We continue to expand our footprint and you can see their locations on their profiles.

• Where do TechPros experts work?

  Most of the TechPros work on or near the customer required sites. If remote work is possible, they do remote work from home or co working facilities

• How is my data protected?

  The base of our platform is data security and that’s why we have partnered with MeditechSafe, a leading corporate cybersecurity firm to safeguard your data. Plus data protection is part of the contracts with our TechPros and the work that they do is firewalled under your account.

• How often will I be charged? How are payments and invoices handled?

  We typically invoice our clients based on project milestones that have been defined and based on project length. We can have 2 different methods where you can chose to pay the resource directly or you can go through us for the payments.

• What methods of payment do you accept?

  We currently accept all major credit cards, ACH, bank wires, and PayPal.

• Can I hire from the pool of TechPros on a full-time basis?

  Techpros on Connecte are primarily On-Demand resources, and that's how they have preferred to operate. But if there is a Win-Win between you and Techpro, Connecte will work with you to find the right solution.

• How do we ensure that our IP is protected?

  Connecte enters into IP agreements with every member of the talent network. Through these agreements, ConnectE gets ownership of the work. We then provide you with the intellectual property for the work under our client agreement. You also have an option, and if you would like TechPro to enter into a direct agreement with you to effect the direct transfer of IP property, we can work with you to ensure that your needs are met.

• What are the different contracting and payment options?

  We have two different options. Option 1 – Client contracts with Connecte, and Connecte manages the contract with TechPro. All payments are made to Connecte, and Connecte makes payments to Techpro. Option 2 is where the Client contracts directly with Techpro. The payment still goes through Connecte, but Connecte splits the payments to avoid administrative hassles.

• If I cannot find a skilled TechPro within the existing resources, how much time will it take for you to get it for me?

  It takes us about 3-4 weeks to locate and screen every TechPro before getting them into the network and representing their skills better. We understand your need for speed, but we appreciate the even greater need for quality
