  ConnectE is a smart workforce management platform focused on technical professionals(TechPros). Our clients have utilized this platform by having their top-tier (strategic) and core functional talent on their payroll and source project-based/on-demand technical talent using our platform. Connecte has three different solutions:
  1.Connecte On-Demand - We have a network of skilled technical professionals registered on our platform. We also have companies registered looking for a contingent workforce, and they use the platform to post their projects. Our AI engine matches the skills needed for the project and sends a notification to TechPros to bid.. Connecte ranks the candidate based on specific parameters helping the client decide on who to award the bid. Once awarded, the companies and TechPros access the project management suite. Companies can add the tasks to be performed by TechPros, get their timesheets daily or weekly, and get paid through the Connecte platform. Connecte has a dynamic Analytics suite that provides visibility to the overall spend by region, TechPros, and business.
  
  2.Connecte Electrify - As the world moves towards clean fuel, it is the most exciting transformation of our time: the shift towards an electric-powered future. With an electric- powered vehicle, you will need charging stations across the globe to be installed for a seamless driving experience. It does not stop here; you need to manage and secure your charging stations from cyberattacks to improve the asset's uptime. Connecte's network of certified electrical contractors residing on a secured online platform will install, manage and maintain your Charging Stations.
  
  3.Connecte FieldTrack - Connecte has an AI-based skill matching, project management module, Scheduling and performance management system, Geo tracking system, and dynamic analytics suite to drive data-based decisions to manage field technicians effectively. It also has the flexibility of back-end integration for easy req to payment. Connecte focuses on technical talents in project management, Lab technicians, Clinical Technicians, packaging resources, fulfillment, supply chain talent, lab analyst, software development, and engineering resources.

  Connecte is focused On-Demand projects, which can range from 30 to 300 days in the technical and consulting domain. These projects could be in the field of science, technology, engineering, manufacturing, management, Digital & Analytics domain.

  Connecte provides Project Mentors who are experts in the respective domains, and they guide the TechPros/Consultants with the project execution and ideas.

• Is Connecte a marketplace or SaaS Platform?

  Connecte is a SaaS platform that has a marketplace built into it. Companies have utilized this as SaaS Platform to manage their Contingent and Field workforce while using the marketplace to acquire the On-Demand workforce faster.
