Statistical Forecasting CQ-CQ+1
Long Range Segmented Planning adoption (select modalities)
ASP $ maintenance
Forecast consumption
Order (Date) Management / Backlog “Scrubbing”
Manages integration with upstream processes
(Backlog Mgmt, S&I-/ Funnel Management, FP&A)
Manages integration with downstream processes
(Global Planning , Financial Reconciliation, Mfg/Fulfillment)
Drives local process improvements to enable FA/Bias Improvements- and Long Range Planning Accuracy/Bias
Contributes to IBP Op-Mechs:
Regional Demand Alignment (Regional IBP Leader as A/R)
IBP Demand Review (Regional IBP Leader A/R)
FA/Bias Quarterly Review and PSP (Regional IBP Leader A/R)
Regional Planner <> GOPSI IBP Reviews
Expectation-
Responsible for improving Regional Demand Planning Processes based on Fit-Gap Analysis and PSP
Drive maximized delivery performance to customers (OTD) whilst optimizing inventory position through Demand Planning Performance (FA/Bias)
Minimize Excess & Obsolescent Inventory
