Hello, I am a Certified Project Manager with my certificate earned through Xavier University in Cincinnati Ohio. I have worked as a project and program manager for 6 and a half years, both at Belcan LLC, and General Tool Company. I have a lot of experience with on-site customer support, mainly at GE, as well as years of experience in a manufacturing environment. I look forward to supporting all of your needs to the best of my ability.
Was the acting program manager for the design and build of 104 input power cabinets for Northrop Grumman, that are provided to the U.S. Navy for their ships. Worked hand in hand with engineers from Northrop on design and build of the power cabinets, that required the complete manufacturing process from raw material to finished, painted, shipped hardware.
Was the project manager for General Tool Company managing the manufacturing of lift fan impellers for Textron Land and Marine, that would be the driving fans for the new U.S. Navy hovercraft. In managing the lift fan impellers schedule, engineering and build, I was also given the APUs (Auxiliary Power Unit) to manage as well. My main duties involved coordinating with our customer (Textron) and providing status updates to them, as well as pushing the manufacturing schedule on our end to meet the delivery need dates to keep ship builds on track.
Worked for Belcan Engineering as an on-site project manager on the LEAP-1A and LEAP-1C pylon and test equipment design and manufacturing at General Electric. I was responsible for coordinating teams of engineers at GE with a design team at CDI as well as manufacturing companies making the multitude of components. I was responsible for creating, tracking and pushing the hardware and engineering schedules in order to have hardware available when needed based on the planned engine testing schedule at the Peebles test facility.
I received my Bachelor's degree in intra-business communication from Ohio State in December of 2009. I started in Mechanical engineering, but through my 3 internships with Belcan Engineering, I gravitated more to the project management side of things and switched majors to better round out my skills for that position. I also have financial management experience.
