Ability to determine M&P solutions to aerospace applications has lead to the development and transition of camouflage coatings, multifunctional sealants, non-chrome corrosion protection for military aircraft. Strategic Planning and Execution: developed policies and procedures to identify customer needs, technology solutions, and prioritize investments utilizing systems engineering methods and tools. Utilize computational tools to improve management decision making and funding decision prioritization. Leadership of Complex Technical Organizations: demonstrated successful leadership skills of scientists, engineers and technicians. Supervised and led in-house research organizations undergoing reorganization, realignment of technical missions, and changing budget priorities.
