I love solving business problems, be it simple or complex. I am very thorough with my concepts and enjoy seeing the process or project through its full life cycle. While I rely on standards, documentation, and best practices but I can easily mold my practices according to the requirement of the project. I am also one who believes in 'thinking outside of the box'. So yes, I love to hack on things and come up with clever and unorthodox ways to achieve my goals. I am most comfortable in a team environment where information flows freely bidirectionally however I am also very good about taking initiative and flying solo when needed.I
