Significant experience in all aspects of military aircraft and equipment sustainment, weapon system, and program management, corporate policy formulation, and system requirements resourcing. Retired from the Air Force with the rank of Colonel, having served more than 26 years in all facets of logistics including aircraft maintenance (field & depot). Early assignments include the full spectrum of operational maintenance leadership, Commander of Squadron and Center. As a contractor, provided program management to develop and implement a USAF Aircraft Coating Systems and sustainment technology insertion. Assigned consultant and liaison responsibilities between the USAF Manufacturing Technology (ManTech) program and various logistics/sustainment organizations throughout AFMC's ALCs. Developed funding advocacy sources and recommended processes to execute allocated funds. Developed corporate processes to collaborate with government agencies in the development and manufacture of the first military aircraft manufactured in Ohio. More recently, provided Aerospace Consultant Support to the Air Force Materiel Command’s Air Logistics Centers and NATO’s Maintenance and Supply Agency in Luxembourg
