Summary

Professional aviator with deep operational and leadership experience as a Squadron Commander selectee, Operations Officer, Instructor Pilot, Weapons and Tactics Instructor, Major Command Staff Officer and Commercial Airline Pilot. Recruited for and successful as a Program Manager for two highly visible and high-budget programs: U.S. Air Force Air Combat Command’s Air Expeditionary Wing $3 billion program and Israel’s conversion from F-16 to F-15I $1 billion program. Recruited for commercial airline Line Check Airman program. Breadth of aviation experience in both military and civilian applications spans 38 years. Being part of the solution to extraordinarily difficult and challenging problems has been a great reward for me, and I want to bring that into play again, engaging the new challenges evolving for the U.S. Air Force and Department of Defense.
