Academic Project Experience − Aero project involving calculations and teamwork to compute range, forces, and accelerations of a DC-9 in a normal flight including take off and landing − Built, designed, and completed calculations for a balsa wood glider plane for an aerospace course in a 4-person team − Roller-Coaster Design: Worked in a team to solve an engineering obstacle and complete required goals. − Aero Design Team: With a 4 person team, designed and built an airplane within competition regulations and overcame engineering problems that arose. − Worked in a team of 5 to create two 2-dimensional airfoils through a CFD program then compared the two airfoils and demonstrated which one was better in a 10 minute presentation
