• Overall responsibility and accountability for the Plant operations which includes manpower planning and budgetary control.
Part of the management team which plays crucial role in taking all business decisions.
Strategic and tactical responsibilities for implementing manufacturing strategy and strategic operational goals to exceed customer expectations for product quality, cost and delivery, maximizing efficiency, optimizing production levels and driving operational excellence.
Work closely with internal as well external stakeholders, regarding technical support for activities, striving for best in class products and business practices to deliver to the customer’s expectations, managing teams and projects across the business.
Being a leader and stringent compliant with vision and missions of organization, do inspire and motivate staff to achieve excellence and mentor them to develop new skills.
Drive Key Performance Indicators across all areas of the Manufacturing & Maintenance functions to ensure that all projects deliver on cost-effective and on time delivery with better quality standards.
Ensure Health, Safety and Environmental issues are prioritized and facilitated, direct and drive implementation of Lean Business strategies and drive Continuous Improvement across all manufacturing related areas of the business.

. Sound Knowledge for maintaining uninterrupted supply of critical components for automotive engines and transmission gear boxes. Good exposure of all material commodities required for assembly.
• Well versed with various manufacturing processes- castings, Forgings, Sheet metal, heavy fabrication, precision machining, heat treatment and molding of plastics/rubber products.
• Experienced in third party inspection and QMS auditor as freelancer with DNV, Astron, ICS etc for clients like Man Saw pipes, Jash Engg, Sarthak Ind witnessed critical processes of SAW welding, Hydro testing, expanding, press shop, different welding processes, surface coatings like- spray paint, powder coating and CED.
• Exposure of various inspection & testing techniques related to NDT and Destructive methods like- Tensile, Impact, WPT, MPI. Reliability testing. Good insights of various inspection/testing and measuring instruments – Hardness, roughness, gear profile, roundness, weld penetration, tensile, impact, Salt spray, PMI and MPI.
